Rachel Black

Tech Evangelist

Rachel believes that it is both the innovation and sense of community which really make the blockchain space an exciting place to be. Before joining a blockchain company she had worked as a developer building JavaScript applications. She was drawn to Lightcurve because Lisk has a an opportunity to build the web in a different way, a way which values freedom. She knows that the ideas for decentralized apps are already brewing in the Lisk community and she cannot wait to see the first results. With so many uses for the technology, it's going to be a fascinating journey to see how it unfolds in the real world. Besides reading, she enjoys yoga and hiking. In her spare time she also explores culinary wonders of Berlin. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from University of Cambridge. She also graduated a Founders and Coders bootcamp.
